Among the few complaints that we get are that we charge too much. Most grudgingly say that the trip was good, it's usually on vague things like 'we did not get our village walk', or 'there was no fishing' etc. TripAdvisor was the best thing that happened to tourism. Over time, the owners of Tripadvisor turned greedy and lost their integrity. Guest reviews also lost their sincerity.
Fortunately, we are far better than all other houseboat operators who are featured on review sites like TripAdvisor. Still hate it when guests whine without reason though. So there.
